Facial Gymnastics

Want to see more fresh faces? this is it ... gymnastics face .... it sounds strange ... but that's the facts ... curious? let's follow the steps ...


Cheek skin tightening
Place both hands on both the right and left cheek, then gently rub with a bit of pressure and massage from bottom to top. After that, pat your face gently. Do as much as 10 times.

Preventing wrinkles on the forehead
Pull the bottom of the forehead to the top with both hands to count to ten, after which point the movement of the hand to the side of the forehead to forehead muscles may be interested.

Preventing wrinkles at the corner of the eye

Tighten lips
