Tofu is a source of cheap protein that is very beneficial for health. High protein content in the know, make it to keep all kinds of diseases

This helps protect against diseases such as bone loss, bone weakness, rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis. New research also indicates that the isoflavones in soy foods can strengthen the density (bone density). This could make the idea useful in warding off the bone disease in postmenopausal women.

5. Helps you lose weight
