Maintaining eye health

Often times our eyes sting or stiff, it is because our eyes are too forced to work.

In order to maintain the health of our eyes, follow these tips:

1. Keep your distance vision while staring at computer screens, watching TV or while reading a book. Give Screen Protector with dim glass to coat your monitor or TV screen. Leave a gap of at least reading between 30-40cm.
2. Consumption of foods containing vitamin A such as mangoes and apples, carotene-containing foods such as spinach and carrots.
3. Rest your eyes after staring at the screen or reading for 60 minutes, then discard the view k direction alternately near and far.


4. To make eyes feel relaxed, move your eyeballs up and down, side to side.
5. When the eye has felt very tired ... close your eyes and then put the tea bags that have been soaked in warm water to the upper eyelid to compress, let stand until you feel completely relaxed.
