Preventing osteoporosis

Osteoporis only applies to the elderly? statement is not always true, adolescents can experience it, for that we need to know how to prevent it.


1. Avoid alcohol and cigarette consumption
Two of these are factors that cause bone loss.
2. Expand consume foods that contain calcium and vitamin D
3. Reduce red meat or marinated foods.
4. Often bask in the sun in the morning or late afternoon.
5. Start doing light exercise such as jogging or cycling.

not a difficult thing right?
